At Moments add up, your trust matters to us. The platform is currently in development and not yet live, which means we are not collecting or storing any personal data at this stage. However, we are committed to getting privacy and data protection right from day one.
Moments add up is developed and operated by Get Logged In Ltd, a UK-based company registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). We take our responsibilities under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) seriously and are designing every aspect of the platform to meet the highest standards of data privacy, security, and user control.
When the platform launches, any data collected will be handled lawfully, transparently, and with respect. Staff reflections will remain private unless explicitly shared, and school leaders will never be able to access individual entries unless those entries are made visible by the staff member. All data will be encrypted in transit and at rest, and we will never sell or share data with third parties.
Our full privacy policy, including details about data types, lawful bases for processing, retention periods, and user rights, will be published here before we onboard any users. We will also make our Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) available on request for schools and Trusts who need it for their own compliance records.
If you are a school leader, Trust partner, or DPO and would like to understand more about our privacy approach during development, please feel free to get in touch. We're committed to transparency and collaboration as we build something that supports wellbeing while protecting what matters most — your data and your trust.
