These Terms of Use set out the basic conditions for using the Moments add up service. As the platform is currently in development and not yet available to users, this page outlines our intentions and expectations ahead of launch. Our full terms will be finalised and published before any schools or individuals begin using the platform.
1. About Us
Moments add up is operated by Get Logged In Ltd, registered in England and Wales. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and are committed to full compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
2. Intended Use
The platform is designed to support professional reflection, wellbeing, and culture-building in schools. It is not a performance management tool. Any features we introduce will prioritise trust, transparency, and user wellbeing.
3. Data and Privacy
Before onboarding users, we will publish a full Privacy Policy explaining how data is collected, stored, and used. We will also provide any required Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) to schools and Trusts on request. All data will be handled in line with UK GDPR and will never be sold or shared with third parties.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology associated with Moments add up belongs to Get Logged In Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute, or use any part of the service or materials without our written permission.
5. Early Access and Feedback
We may offer early access to selected schools or partners for testing and feedback. Participation in early access programmes will be subject to separate agreements that clarify responsibilities, data use, and support.
6. Changes and Updates
These terms are in draft form and will be updated ahead of the public launch. We are committed to clear and open communication with all users, and will notify schools and individuals of any significant changes to our terms or policies.
